Quick Access Phone Book Search
To find a phone book entry quickly by either name or location:
1. By Location - Press the upper portion of the key,
and the screen prompts for a memory location. Enter the
memory location, or scroll to the desired location.
2. By Name - Press the lower portion of the key, and
the screen prompts for a name. Begin entering the letters
of the name and the corresponding names begin to appear,
or scroll to the desired name.
Finding Entries By Location
To find a Phone Book entry by location using the Main Menu:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Phone Book.
3. Press for Find Entry. The screen prompts for a
location.
4. Enter the memory location by pressing the associated digit
key(s), or scroll to the desired location, and then press
to display the selected entry.
5. When the desired entry displays, press to place a
call.
