Using Number Mode
Number mode enables you to enter numbers into a text message.
Press the keys corresponding to the digits you want to enter.
Using Symbols Mode
Symbols mode enables you to insert symbols into a text message. To
enter Symbols mode, press and hold the # key.

select a symbol corresponding number key.
display more symbols Up or Down navigation key.
clear the symbol(s)

empty, this key returns the screen to
the previous mode.
