Erasing Your Internal Phone Book
You can erase all the nu m b e rs stored in your Internal Phone
B o o k .This is useful if you want to gi ve your phone to a
f riend or fa m i ly member.H e re ’s how to do it:
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P ress for Security and enter your current lock
c o d e .
4 . P ress for Erase Phone Book.A confi r mation mes-
s a ge displays explaining that you will erase the entire
I n t e rnal Phone Book.
5 . P ress to erase the Internal Phone Book or pre s s
to cancel the opera t i o n .
6 .“ E rasing Phone Book”d i s p l ays fi rst and when the opera-
tion is complete “Phone Book Era s e d ”d i s p l ay s .The phone
then re t u rns to Standby mode.
Storing special numbers
To store special nu m b e rs :
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P r ess for Security and enter your current lock code.
4 . P ress for Special #.
5 . P ress , or to select a location for the
special nu m b e r.
6 . Enter the special number by pressing the digit key s .
Special nu m b e rs can be up to ten digits long.
7 . P ress to save the number in the selected location.
Dialing special numbers in Lock mode
To dial special nu m b e rs in Lock mode:
1 . Enter the special number by dialing it as you norm a l l y
would using the digit key s .
2 . P ress to place the call.
Resetting your phone
Resetting the phone re t u rns all setup options to the fa c t o ry
d e fault settings.All of your important personal settings
( I n t e rnal Phone Book,Voice Dial re c o rd i n g s ,Voice Memos,
M e s s age s ,Call Logs and Calendar) are not affected by re s e t-
ting your phone.
To reset the phone:
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P ress for Security and enter your current lock code.
