Adding and Editing 10-4 Contacts Entry
Copying an Entry to your Personal List , Personal Group
List, or Contacts List
You can copy an entry to your Personal or Personal Group List,
or Contacts from several different sources.
1. Press (left softkey) or to access the 10-4 List.
2. Press (left softkey),and select the list from which you
want to copy an entry (Company List, Company Grps., Personal
List, Personal Grps., 10-4 Outgoing, 10-4 Incoming, or 10-4 Missed)
and press .
3. Highlight the entry you want to copy (or scroll to highlight
the Redial entry at the top of your screen) and press
(right softkey). Select an option and press .

Copy to Personal to copy the Contacts entry to the
Personal List (if available).

Copy Group to copy the group entry to the Personal Group
List (if available).

Copy to Ph. Book to copy the Contacts entry to the
Contacts.
4. Press (left softkey) to copy and save the entry to your
Personal or Personal Group List, or Contacts.
Note: Your Company Lists can be set up and edited only by an
administrator on the 10-4 server. You cannot add or edit Contacts/group
entries to your Company Lists.
Saving a 10-4 Number
You can save a 10-4 number from the ending display to your
Personal or Personal Group list.
1. From the ending display, press (right softkey) > Save.
2. Enter a name and press .
