Adding a To Do List Item to the Calendar
To add your To Do List item to the calendar:
1. From the To Do Listdisplay (see page 144), selectthe
item you wantto add to the schedule and press Options
(rightsoftkey).
2. Highlight Add To Schedule and press .

Add To Schedule copies the item from the To Do List
and makes it a scheduled event. (Adding an item to
the schedule does notremove it from your To Do List.)
3. Enter the event description using your keypad and
press . (See “Adding an Eventto the Calendar”on
page 138 for entering.)
4. Press Save(left softkey).
Note:If you have saved a To Do Listitem to the calendar, deleting itfrom the
To Do Listwill notdelete itfrom the calendar. To remove an item saved to the
calendar, see “Erasing an Eventor Call Alarm”on page 144.
