Changing the BacklightTime Length
The backlight setting lets you select how long the display
screen and keypad are backlitafter any key press is made.
To change the Main LCD or Sub LCD backlight setting:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Display().
4. Select Backlight.
5. Select Main LCD or Sub LCD.
6. Select Always On, Always Off, or your defined time
length.
Note:The Always On setting returns to the previous value the nexttime you
turn on the phone.
To change the Keypad backlightsetting:
1. Select Key during step 5 above.
2. Select Always Offor your defined time length.
Note:Long backlightsettings affectthe battery’s talk and standby times.
