Using the Zoom
This feature allows you to zoom in on an objectwhen you take
a picture. You can adjust the zoom from 1x to 20x, depending
on your resolution settings.
To use the zoom:
1. From camera mode, press the navigation key right or
left, or the Side Volume key up or down to adjust the
zoom. (The gauge bar appears.)
2. Press Capture (left softkey), , , or the side camera
key to take the picture. (The picture will automatically
be saved to your In Phone folder.)
Using the Mini-Flashlight
This function allows you to use the phone’s camera flash as a
miniature flashlight. To use this function, your phone must be
in standby mode with the Side Key Guard unlocked. (See
page 82 for the Side Key Guard.)
To use the mini flashlight:

With the flip closed and in standby mode, press and hold
the Side Volume key ( ). (The light remains on for 8
seconds.)
Note:This function doesn’tapply when a Missed Call or Notification is
displayed.
