Notification Settings
The RMX can display notifications when:
• A new RMX user connects to the MCU.
• A new conference is started.
• Not all defined participants are connected to the conference or when a single
participant is connected.
• A change in the MCU status occurs and an alarm is added to the alarm’s list.
A welcome message is displayed to the RMX user upon connection.
To configure the notifications:
1 On the RMX menu, select Setup > Notification Settings.
The Notification Settings dialog box is displayed.
The following notification options are displayed.

New Connection Notification of a new user/administrator connecting to the RMX.
New Conference
Created
New conference has been created.
Conference Not Full The conference is not full and additional participants are defined for
the conference.
