Ringer Types
Ringer types help you identify incoming calls and messages. You can
assign ringer types to individual phone book entries, types of calls,
and types of messages.

Preprogrammed Ringers include a variety of standard ringer types
and familiar music.
ⅷ
Vibrating Ringeralerts you to calls or messages without disturbing
others.
ⅷ
Downloaded Ringers can be downloaded right to your phone.

Selecting Ringer Types for Voice Calls
Your Sprint PCS Vision Phone provides a variety of ringer options that
allow you to customize your ring and volume settings. These options
allow you to identify incoming calls by the ring.
To select a ringer type for voice calls:
1. Press Menu(left softkey) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Select Sounds().
4. Select Ringers ().
5. Select Voice Calls ().
6. Select Caller ID (),No Caller ID ( ), or Roaming ().
(The list of preprogrammed ringers displays).
7. Use your navigation key to scroll through the available ringers.
A sample ringer will sound as you highlight each option.
8. Press to assign the desired ringer.

Downloads 2 ( ), and scroll through the list of downloaded
ringers. Assign the desired ringer by pressing .
