Phone Book Entry Options
To access a Phone Book entry’s options, display the entry and press
Edit (left softkey). To select an option, highlight it and press .

[Add number] to add a phone number to the entry. (See “Adding a
Phone Number to a Phone Book Entry” on page this page.)
ⅷ
[Email] to add an email address to the entry.
ⅷ
Group to assign the entry to a group.
ⅷ
Default to assign a preprogrammed or downloaded ringer.
ⅷ
[Memo] to add a note, street address, or other information.
ⅷ
Not Secret to display the entry’s phone number(s). Change to
Secret to hide an entry’s phone number(s).
ⅷ
[URL] to add a website ‘s URL. to the entry.
Adding a Phone Number to a Phone Book Entry
To add a phone number to an entry:
1. Display a Phone Book entry (see “Finding Phone Book Entries”
on page 66).
2. Press Edit(left softkey).
3. Highlight [Add Number] and press .
4. Enter the new phone number and press .
5. Select a label for the number and press .
6. Press Done (left softkey) to save the new number.

Assign a speed dial number,press , and then press
Done (left softkey) or to return to standby mode.
