Selecting Ringer Types for Messages
To select a ringer type for messages:
1. Press Menu(left Softkey) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Select Sounds().
4. Select Ringers ().
5. Select Messages ().
6. Select Voicemail ( )or Page/Text ( ). (The list of
preprogrammed ringers displays).
7. Use your navigation key to scroll through the available ringers.
A sample ringer will sound as you highlight each option.
8. Press to assign the desired ringer.

Press Options (right softkey), select Downloads ( ), and scroll
through the list of downloaded ringers. Assign the desired
ringer by pressing .
Selecting a Key Tone
Your phone offers a number of options for selecting the audible
tones accompanying a key press. (Longer tone lengths may be better
for tone recognition when dialing voicemail or other automated
systems.)
To select a key tone:
1. Press Menu(left softkey) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Select Sounds().
4. Select Key Tones ().
5. Select Short Tones or Long Tones and press .
