Tethering & portable hotspot
– you can configure the USB
tethering and portable Wi-Fi
hotspot settings.
VPN settings – displays the list
of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
that you’ve previously configured.
Allows you to add different types
of VPN.
Mobile network settings – set
options for data roaming, network
mode & operators, access point
names (APNs) and so on.
Call settings
< Fixed Dialing Numbers >
Select Fixed Dialing Numbers
to turn on and compile a list of
numbers that can be called from
your phone. You’ll need your
PIN2, which is available from your
operator. Only numbers within the
fixed dial list can be called from
your phone.
< Voicemail >
Voicemail service – allows you
to select your carrier’s voicemail
service.
Voicemail settings – if you are
using your carrier’s voicemail
service, this option allows you to
enter the phone number to use
for listening to and managing your
voicemail.
< Other call settings >
TTY mode – A TTY (also known
as a TDD or Text Telephone) is
a telecommunications device
that allows people who are deaf,
hard of hearing, or who have
speech or language disabilities, to
communicate by telephone.
Your phone is compatible with
select TTY devices. Please check
with the manufacturer of your
TTY device to ensure that it is
compatible with digital cell phones.
