charge may be too low for the phone to operate.
If the power comes on, but the phone does not work:
– you may be out of the cellular service area
(as denoted by the
NO SERVICE
message or
NO SVC
indicator being displayed).
– make sure the antenna is fully extended.

When you disconnect the power cord of any accessory,
grasp and pull the plug, not the cord.
