Tip: If you receive a ringing tone via IR or OTA, you can store five ringing tones at a time in
the ringing tone list. If you receive a ringing tone via IR or OTA, and there is no space for the
ringing tone in the ringing tone list, you can replace one of the tones in the ringing list with
the new ringing tone.
• Ringing volume to set the volume level for the ringing and message alert tones.
• Vibrating alert to set the phone to vibrate at an incoming voice call and at an incoming message.
The vibrating alert does not work when the phone is connected to a charger or desktop stand.
• Message alert tone to set the ringing tone type for messages.
• Keypad tones to set the volume level for keypad tones or to set the keypad tones off.
• Warning tones to set the warning tones on or off. For example, when set to on, the phone sounds a
warning tone when the battery is running out of power.
• Alert for to set the phone to ring only upon calls from phone numbers that belong to a selected
caller group. Use the scroll keys or to reach the desired group and press Mark.

• Automatic answer (in Handsfree and Headset profiles only) to set the phone to answer an
incoming voice call after a few seconds.
Note: This function can only be used when your phone is connected to a headset or to a car kit
equipped with the ignition sense option, with the ignition switched on.
• Lights (in Handsfree profile only) to set the display and keypad lights to On or Automatic.
