• Message service centre: You can send a text message containing 10086 to the
service number 10086 to get information on promotions, account balance, and
service subscriptions.
• WAP service centre: To subscribe or get information on services, go to the
Monternet homepage, and select WAP service centre.
• Self-service machine: You can pay your phone bill, print call logs, subscribe to
services, or get information on the services.
