The following features are included in the Calendar menu:
Today
You can schedule up to 9 events for the current day by
indicating each event’s start and end time. You can also set
an alarm to remind you before the event begins. Events that
are scheduled for future dates appear on the Events
schedule for that particular day.
Scheduling an event
1. In standby mode, press for
Month View.
2. Press and toggle to Add New.
3. Press and enter details of the event (up to 30
characters including spaces) using the keypad.
4. Press . Enter the start time and date for the event.
Note: After entering the time, press for P.M. or
for A.M.
5. Toggle down to the next screen to set the end time
for the event.
6. Toggle down one line to highlight the alarm function.
