Messaging
E-mail messages
You can send and receive e-mail to anyone with a valid
e-mail address through the
Inbox menu. E-mail is not limited
to 160 characters as are SMS text messages.
E-mail setup
You can set up your Smartphone to connect to any e-mail
account. Contact your service provider for setup information
specific to your mobile account, or contact your Internet
Service Provider for setup information for home e-mail
service.
1. At the Home Screen, press the left soft key ( ) Start.
Inbox is highlighted.
2. Press . The ActiveSync screen appears in the
display.
3. Press the right soft key Menu, then press until Options
is highlighted.
4. Press . A list of Inbox options appear in the display.
5. Press to highlight Account Setup, then press .
Insert Recording
Record a memo and insert it into your mes-
sage.
Message Options
Allows you to request a message delivery
notification.
Postpone
Message
End the composition of your message, and
save it as a draft in the Drafts folder.
Send Message
Send the message to the recipients in the
To: field.
Cancel Compose
Cancels the composition of your message
(after confirmation).
