Sending and receiving e-mail
After you’ve gone through the E-mail Setup process, you can
send and receive e-mail messages easily.
1. At the Home Screen, press the left soft key ( ) Start.

2. Press . Then press the left soft key ( ) New to
open the
New screen.
3. Press until ActiveSync or another E-mail account is
highlighted, then press .
4. Enter the E-mail address of the recipient in the To: field
using the keypad.
To cycle between text entry modes, press and hold .
To display the Symbols screen (for the @ symbol), press
and hold . Use the navigation keys to highlight a
symbol, then press the left soft key ( ) to insert the symbol
into your message.
5.
Press to highlight the Cc: field, and enter the e-mail
address(es) you want send this e-mail to.
6. Press to highlight the Subj: field. Use the keypad to
enter a subject for the e-mail.
7. Press to move to the message body field, and
compose your message. When finished, press the right
soft key ( )
Menu. A pop-up menu displays.
8. Press until Send Message is highlighted, then press
. Press the right soft key ( )
Menu again.
