Program problems
The battery level
seems sufficient,
but the device
does not turn on
• Remove the battery from the device
and reinstall it. Then turn on the
device.
• Clean the metal contacts both on the
battery and on the device. Reinstall
the battery and turn on the device.
The device turns

Memory info
. Delete old items from
programs. If necessary, make a
backup copy of your data using
ActiveSync or the memory card.
If you continue using the device with
low memory, you may have
experience problems with applications
and the device may stop responding.
