To activate automatic sync:
1. In Idle mode, select Applications Settings
Accounts and sync.
2. Select Auto-sync.
3. Select the account that you want to sync information with.
4. Select the applications that you want to synchronize.
For each application that is synchronized, if you add or edit
data on your phone or on the web, the updated information
appears in the other location automatically.
To exclude applications from automatic synchronization,
clear the checkbox next to the application that you do not
want to synchronize.
To synchronize data manually:
1. In Idle mode, select Applications Settings
Accounts and sync.
2. Select an account.
3. Press
[]
Sync now. Your phone will synchronize
the data you have selected for synchronization.
