Phone
The Phone settings menu allows you to set phone options.

From the Idle screen
, press
(Menu
)
➔ Settings ➔
Personalize ➔ Phone settings.
2. Choose from any of the following options:
• Airplane mode: allows you to turn off all wireless
communication on the phone. Select On or Off to set your
phone to Airplane Mode.
• HAC mode: allows you to activate or deactivate the Hearing
Aid Compatibility feature. Select ON or Off to set your phone
for HAC Mode.
•Security: allows you to configure phone security. For more
information, refer to “Security” on page 79.
• USB mode: Allows you to select an automatic connection
mode when the phone recognizes an active USB connection
to a computer. Choose from an available option:
– Charging Only: “closes” the USB connection for data and
enables the connection to only be used for charging
purposes.
– Media Transfer Only: allows the device to be detected an
as external storage device and enabled for data transfer of
files between your phone an a communicating computer.
• Data roaming: enable or disable data transfer when roaming
(using the phone outside of your service area).
