Adding a New Internal Phone Book Entry
Your PCS Phone can store up to 300 internal Phone Book entries.
Phone book entries can store up to a total of 500 phone numbers and
an entry’s name can contain sixteen characters.
To add a new entry:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Phone Book and press .
3. Highlight Add New Entry and press .
4. Enter a name and press .
5. Select a label and press .

Name to enter a new entry’s name.

Home to enter a new entry’s home number.
ⅷ
Workto enter a new entry’s work number.
ⅷ
Mobile to enter a new entry’s mobile number.
ⅷ
Pager to enter a new entry’s pager number.
ⅷ
Data to enter a new entry’s number for data.
ⅷ
Fax to enter a new entry’s fax number.
ⅷ
No Label to enter a new entry’s phone number.
ⅷ
Email to enter a new entry’s email address.
ⅷ
Web to enter a new entry’s Web address.
ⅷ
Ringer to assign a ringer type to the entry. (See “Selecting a
Ringer/Image Type for an Entry” on page 85.)

Image to assign an image type to the entry. (See “Selecting a
Ringer/Image Type for an Entry” on page 85.)
6. Enter the number or address and press .
7. Press Save (left softkey).
