Your cell phone also switches

3G (UMTS) networks depending on
availability. Some network operators
allow you to switch networks manually,
as searching for unavailable networks
consumes battery power.
To switch networks

To make a call
1 Enter a phone number (with
international country code
and area code, if applicable).

To make international calls
1 Press and hold down until
a + sign appears.
2 Enter the country code, area code
(without the first zero) and phone
number } Call to make a voice call

To answer or reject a call

To turn off the microphone
1 Press and hold down .
2 To resume the conversation,
press and hold down again.
To turn the loudspeaker on or
off during a voice call

You can call numbers from your
contacts and call list % 23 Contacts,
and % 25 Call List. You can also use your
voice to make calls % 26 Voice Control.
Do not hold the cell phone to your ear
when waiting. When the call connects,
the cell phone gives a loud signal, unless
muted.
Do not hold the cell phone to your
ear when using the loudspeaker.
