3.2 Add a new Contact
1. On the OpenHand Menu Bar, click New Contact.
2. The Add Contact page is displayed:

3. Fill in the required information.
4. There are 4 tabs on the Add Contact page: Name, Phone, Note
and Address.
5. Click OK to save or Cancel to quit without saving.
Note: Click on the tabs to input more information for the Contact. For
example Click to input telephone numbers for the Contact. You
can also click on for additional tabs.
Tip: On the tab, click on the
Address drop-down menu to input
additional addresses for the contact.
3.3 Open an existing Contact
1. On the Contact List page, click the required contact.
2. The
Contact Options Menu will appear.
3. Click on Show.
4. A summary of the contacts details is displayed:
5. Click OK to return to the Contact List.
Click on this
button to see the
Address tab.
3.3.1 Edit an existing Contact
1. On the
Contact List page, click the required contact.
2. The
Contact Options Menu will appear.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Change the required information.
6. Click OK to save or Cancel to quit without saving.
3.4 Delete a Contact
1. On the Contact List page, click on the name of the contact to be
deleted.
2. The
Contact Options Menu will appear.
3. Click Delete to delete the contact.
4. A confirmation window will appear.
5. Click Yes to delete the contact.
