3.5 Search for a Contact
3.5.1 By Name
1. On the
Contact List page, type the name (or part of the name) you
wish to find in the Input Box.

2. Click List.
3. A list of contacts is displayed which satisfy the selection criteria.
3.5.2 By Company
1. On the
Contact List page, click the down-arrow next to Name to
open the drop-down list.
2. Click Company on the drop-down list.
3. Type the name of the company (or part of the name) you wish to
find in the Input Box.
4. Click List.
5. A list of contacts is displayed which satisfy the selection criteria.
3.6 Save a Contact Folder SnapShot
1. Click on Contacts Menu.
2. Select Download SnapShot to create a copy of all your personal
contacts locally.
3. If there are old SnapShot contacts, a query box will appear asking if
the old contacts should be deleted. Answer as appropriate.

4. To view locally stored contacts in the SnapShot folder.
5. Click on

6. The
Folder List page is displayed.
7. Click on the SnapShots sub-folder in the Local Storage folder and
click OK.
3.7 Deleting Contacts from the SnapShot folder
1. Click on Contacts Menu.
2. Select Delete SnapShots to delete all the contacts in the local
snapshot folder.

3.8 Save a local copy of a Contact
1. On the Contact List page, click on the name of the contact to be
copied.
