6. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 Updating OpenHand to the Latest Version
Periodically, the OpenHand Symbian UIQ handset client will interrogate
the main server to ascertain if a newer version exists. If there is a more
recent client, OpenHand will open a browser connection to the
OpenHand server and lead you through the download and install
process.
Normally it is not necessary to download the latest client immediately,
as this will be a feature release that will not affect the operation of the
existing client.
A dialog box prompt will ask you whether you wish to download the
latest client.
6.2 There are no or fewer than expected emails.
This will normally be due to a previous email filter not having been
removed. To remove the filter, go to email search and tap Clear and
then OK.

6.3 OpenHand Client Information
Select from the main menu. The version and copyright
information will be displayed. Click Continue to return to the main
menu.
