Internet profile for Java™ applications
Some Java applications need to connect to the
Internet to receive information, for example, games
that downloads new levels from a game server.
Before you start

and select an Internet profile.
Stored information
When browsing, you can save information.
The following information can be saved:
Cookies – improve Web page access efficiency.
Passwords – improve server access efficiency.

Internet security
Secure browsing is supported. When using an
Internet profile you can turn on security in the
phone.
Trusted certificates
Certain Internet services, such as banking, require
certificates in your phone. Your phone may already
contain certificates when you buy it or you can
download new certificates.
It is advisable to clear any sensitive information about
previously visited Internet services. This is to avoid a
security risk if your phone is misplaced, lost or stolen.
