Activate Your Phone
Followtheinstructionsbelowtoactivateyourphoneifithasnotalreadybeenactivated.Depending
onyouraccountorhowandwhereyoupurchasedyourphone,itmaybereadytouseoryoumay
needtoactivateitonyourSprintaccount.
n IfyoupurchasedyourphoneataSprintStore,itisprobablyactivatedandreadytouse.
n IfyoureceivedyourphoneinthemailanditisforanewSprintaccountoranewlineofservice,it
isdesignedtoactivateautomatically.
n Whenyouturnthephoneonforthefirsttime,youshouldseeaHands Free Activation screen,
whichmaybefollowedbyaPRL Update screenandaFirmware Update screen.Followthe
onscreeninstructionstocontinue.
n Ifyoureceivedyourphoneinthemailandyouareactivatinganewphoneforanexistingnumber
onyouraccount(you'reswappingphones),youcanactivateonyourcomputeronlineordirectly
onyourphone.
