Security Features for Data Services
Disabling Data Services
You can disable data services without turning off your
phone; however, you will not have access to all data
services, including Web and messaging. Disabling data
services will avoid any charges associated with these
services. While signed out, you can still place orreceive
phone calls, check voicemail, and use othervoice
services. You may enable data services again at any
time.
To disable data services:
1. Press >Settings > More... > Restrict and Lock >
Data > Disable Data.
2. Readthe disclaimerand press DISABLE (right
softkey)to sign out.
To enable data services:

Data > Enable Data.
Locking Data Services
You can disconnect from data services and then lock
access to prevent others who may use yourphone from
re-enabling data services.
1. Press >Settings > More... > Restrict and Lock >
Data > Off and Lock, and then enteryourlock code.
2. Highlight an option and press .

Note
Unlocking allows reconnection to data services but
