Shortcuts
Your phone offers you the option of assigning a shortcut key to a
favorite or often-used function. Pressing the navigation key in
standby mode will launch your personally designated shortcut.
To assign your shortcut key:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Select Setup/Others ().
4. Select Shortcuts ( ). (An informative window displays. Use
your navigation key to scroll through to read the entire text.)
5. Read the information and press .
6. Select Left Navigation Key, Right Navigation Key, Up Navigation
Key, or Down Navigation Key and press .
7. Using the navigation key, select the desired shortcut you would
like to assign and press .
8. Press to return to standby mode.
Call Answer Mode
You can determine how to answer incoming calls on your phone,
whether you want to be required to press , to press any number
key, or simply to open the phone.
To set call answer mode:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings ().
3. Select Setup/Others ().
4. Select Call Setup ().
5. Select Answer Call or End Calland press .
6. Use the navigation key to select TALK Only, Open Slide/TALK Key
or Any Keyfor Answer Call; Close Slide/END Keyor END Key Only
for End Call.
