Erasing a Day’s Events
To erase a scheduled day’s events:
1. Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools().
3. Select Scheduler ().
4. Using your navigation key, highlight the day for which you
would like to erase events and press .
5. Press Options (right softkey).
6. Select Erase( )or Erase all( ). (An alert will appear
notifying you of the number of events to be erased.)
7. Select Eraseor Cancel and press .
Going to Today’s Scheduler Menu
To go to the Scheduler menu for today’s date:
1. From the Scheduler menu, select Options (right softkey).
2. Select Go to today().

Note:
If the day for which you are erasing events contains a repeating event,
you will receive the following prompt: “This is a recurring event. <event
name>.” Select Erase thisto erase a single occurrence, Erase allto
erase all occurrences of the event, or Cancelto cancel the deletion of
the repeating event.

In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined.
