The number of available characters and the current part number of a multi-
part message are shown on the top right of the display, for example 120/2.
Special (Unicode) characters, such as á, may take up more space in the
message than other characters.
• To insert a picture into the message, press Options and select Insert picture.
Scroll to the desired picture, and press View and Insert.
• To view the text and picture together, press Options and select Preview. To
change the picture or to delete it from the message, press Options and
select the desired function.
• To use a predefined text as a base for the message, press Options and select
Use template and the desired template.
• To insert a phone number from the contacts list, press Options and select
Insert number. Press Search or and select the number from the contacts
list.
• To insert a name from the contacts list, press Options, select Insert contact,
scroll to the desired name and press Options. Select Insert contact, or select
View details if you want to insert a number or text item saved with the
name.
• To save the message in the Archive or Templates folder or in a folder that
you have created inside the My folders folder, press Options and select Save
message.
3. To send the message, press , or press Options and select Send, key in the
recipient’s phone number or search for it in the contacts list, and press OK.
