Alternatively: Press Options and select Sending options. Select
• Send to many to send the message to several recipients. Scroll to the
desired recipient and press Send. When you have sent the message to
everyone you want, press Done.
• Sending profile to send the message using the settings that you have
defined earlier. See Message settings on page 54.
The sent message is saved in the Sent items folder.
Note: When sending messages via the SMS network service, your phone may
display the words Message sent. This is an indication that the message has been
sent by your phone to the message centre number programmed into your phone.
This is not an indication that the message has been received at the intended
destination. For more details about SMS services, check with your service provider.
Writing and sending an e-mail message
Before you can send e-mail messages via SMS, you need to save the required
settings, for example Messages sent via and E-mail server. See Message settings
on page 54 for details.
For availability and subscription to the e-mail service, contact your network
operator or service provider. To save an e-mail address in the phone book, see
Saving multiple numbers and text items per name on page 60.
1. Press Menu, and select Messages, Text messages and Create SMS e-mail.
2. Key in the recipient’s e-mail address or search for it in the contacts list and
press OK.
3. If you wish, key in the subject for the message and press OK.
