Recordings list
To view a list of saved recordings:
1 Press Menu 12-1-2 (Extras - Voice recorder - Recordings list)
2 Scroll to the recording you want and press Options.
The following options will appear:
•Select Playback to listen to the selected recording.
•Select Edit title to change the name of the recording, then enter
a new name for the recording and press OK.
•Select Erase to erase the recording.
•Select Add alarm. Key in the date for the alarm and press OK. Key
in the time for the alarm and press OK.
Alarm replaces Add alarm when the alarm is set on. Select Alarm and the
name of the recording, and the date and the time for the alarm are
displayed. To remove the alarm, press Erase and then press OK.
When the alarm time expires, the phone will sound an alert tone as
Recording! and the alarm time and name of the recording are displayed.
Press Stop to stop the alarm, then press Play to listen to the recording.
Tip: The alarm feature is a handy way of setting reminders to
perform certain tasks. For example, you can record a reminder to
drop your clothing by the dry cleaners or to call a friend. When the
alarm sounds, you can listen to a reminder in your own words.
• VOICE COMMANDS
Your phone has a list of phone functions which can be activated by using
a voice tag. This feature is similar to using voice tags to dial numbers in
your phone book. However, with voice commands, your phone will perform
different functions like activating your
Silent
or
Meeting
profiles, the
infrared function, etc. Up to five voice commands can be added.
