1. Your phone
Keys
This chapter introduces you to the
keys and the standby mode display in-
dicators of your phone. More infor-
mation is given throughout this user’s
guide.
1. Power key. Pressing and holding the
power key on top of your phone
switches the phone on or off.
When pressed briefly in the standby
mode or during a call, it opens the list
of profiles.
When pressed briefly while in the
phone book or menu functions it
turns the phone’s display lights on for
approximately 10 seconds.
2. Volume keys. The upper key increas-
es and the lower key reduces the
phone’s earpiece volume.
3. Scroll keys enable browsing
through names, phone numbers, men-
us or setting options in the phone
book and menu functions.
When writing a message, moves
the cursor to the left and moves
the cursor to the right.
4. Answers a call and dials a
phone number.
In the standby mode, it shows the
most recently called numbers.
5. to are used to key in
numbers and letters.
Pressing and holding calls your
voice mailbox.
and are used for various
purposes in different functions.
