Theapplicable periodof theEuropean wideguarantee forGSM is generally12 monthsfor themain bodyand 3months forthe rechargeablebattery. With
respectto aproduct usedin acountry otherthan acountry ofpurchase, notwithstandingwhat isstated inthe conditionsbelow, thecustomer willbenefit,
inthat countryof use,from theseguarantee periodsof, respectively,12 and3 months,if theseconditions aremore favorableto himthan thelocal
guaranteeconditions applicablein suchcountry ofuse.
Conditionsof Guarantee
Whenrequesting guaranteeservice thepurchaser shouldpresent thewarranty cardtogether withproof ofpurchase, toan authorisedservice centre.
Theguarantee coversbreakdowns dueto manufacturingor designfaults; itdoes notapply toother eventssuch asaccidental damage,however caused,
wearand tear,negligence, adjustment,modification orrepair notauthorised byus.
Yoursole andexclusive remedyunder thisguarantee againstus isthe repair,or atour optionthe replacement,of theproduct, orany defectivepart or
parts.No otherremedy, including,but notlimited to,incidental orconsequential damageor lossof whatsoevernature shallbe availableto thepurchaser.
