Warning:
Leaving a fully charged battery connected to a charger, may shorten its
lifetime.
Do not short-circuit the battery. Accidental short-circuiting can occur when a
metallic object causes direct connection of the positive (+) and negative (-)
terminals of the battery. Do not invert the the positive (+) and negative (-)
terminals. Do not force the connection if you are not able to connect the battery
block terminals to the telephone easily. Check polarity.
The battery block is equipped with in-built safety/protection devices. Do not
dismount or modify the battery block. Do not use in places where the static
voltage exceeds the voltage indicated in the manafacturer’s warranty.
Do not transport or store the battery block together with metal objects such as
necklaces, hair pins etc. Otherwise shart-circuiting shall occur, the battery will
be overloaded leading to acid leakage from the battery block, overheating,
release of smoke, explosion and / or ignation or metal objects like wires,
necklaces and hair pins might generate heat.
