Press left soft key (Options) to input the mail content, add new recipient,
add Cc and Bcc.
After message editing, press Ok key (Menu), you can choose to send
now or send later.
Retrieve
You can download the e-mail from server manually or automatically by setting
the polling intervals. If leave copy on is set, the mail will be kept in the server
after download; otherwise, it will be deleted from the server after download.
Disconnect
You can always disconnect the link when downloading or sending mail by
using this function.
Inbox
When you have downloaded mail form your mail account, the mail will be
saved in Inbox. Enter Inbox to view the mail, press left soft key to reply
or delete the mail if you want.
Other folders
Other folders include Draft, Archive, Outbox and Sent items. All of the 4
folders’ maximum storage is 20.
- Draft saved the mail that was not sent out successfully
- Archive arranges and stores the mail
- Outbox stored the mail that was not sent out at present
- Sent items memorize the mail that was sent out already.
Memory satus
Display shows the memory status of the 4 folders. Always check the memory
status after sending or downloading the mail and be aware of the memory of
the each folder left for use.
