13. Organizer
The Organizer menu has the following features:
1. Set the alarm so that the phone rings at a specific time, such as to remind
you of an appointment.
2. View the calendar and organize your schedule.
3. Define a list of things to do.
4. Setup the time for the phone to ring on specific time or switch on the
phone automatically when it was switched off.
13.1 Alarm
This feature allows you to set up to five alarms. You can:
1. Set the alarm to ring at a specific time.
2. Set the phone to switch on automatically and ring the alarm even if the
phone is switched off.
The following options are available:
a) Daily: the alarm rings every day at the same time.
b) Weekdays: the alarm rings on Monday to Friday at the same time.
c) Weekend: the alarm rings only on weekend at the same time.
d) Given date: the alarm rings only once then deactivated.
Press OK key (Menu) > Scroll down (two times) > Shift right key
(two times) (Organizer) > OK key (Alarm).
Press OK key (Select) to start setting. The first item is to choose the
frequency of the alarm from Once, Daily, Week Day or Weekend. Press OK
key to enter into the four sub-options and scroll up and down to select
one that suits your need.
Once the daily alarm is set up, press the downward navigation key and
press OK key to enter into the second item: time setting. Key in the time
and press OK key to save the change. Follow these steps to set up the
third option, date of alarm setting, and alarm On or Off.
