12.4.1 GPRS Attached
Select GPRS Attached and press OK key to enter to this feature. Choose
Any time or When needed based on your actual need.
The difference between Any time or When needed lies in that Any time is
connected to GPRS whenever you switch on the phone, while When needed
means you connect to GPRS only when you want to use this function.
12.4.2 Data Count
The data of incoming and outgoing messages are shown here.
12.4.3 GPRS Attach or Detach
The third and fourth option is attach to or detach from the GPRS connection,
respectively. Scroll and press OK key to activate the desired option.
12.5 Tones
Press OK key (Menu) > Scroll down (two times) > Shift right key
(Settings) > OK key > Scroll down (four times) (Tones).
Note that the settings you make will change the settings in the active profile.
There are sub-menus under the Tones. They are Ring tone, SMS Tone, Alarm
tone, Keypad tone, and Power on/off, WLAN alert, and Battery alert.
12.5.1 Ring Tone
Select Ring tone to choose how the phone notifies you of an incoming voice
call. The options are Alert type, melody, My music, and volume.
The Alert Type provides you with options of Ringing, Vibrating, Vibrate then
ring, Vibrate and ring, and silent. Scroll up and down to select the one that suits
you most. Press right soft key (Back) to return to upper level.
The factory default offers 25 pieces of Melody for your choice.
