Call Waiting
To answer an incoming call waiting call:
ᮣ When you hear the tone and see the “Waiting Call” message, press the
Send key ( ) to answer the incoming call and put the other call on hold.
To switch between calls:
ᮣ Click the trackball and then click Flash.
Call Forwarding
To forward all incoming calls to another number:
1. Press > > Options > Call Forwarding.
2. Do one of the following:
Ⅲ To forward all calls to a call forwarding number, click All Calls and then set the
Forward All Calls field to a call forwarding number.
Ⅲ To forward only unanswered calls:
● Click All Calls and then set the Forward All Calls field to Do Not Forward.
● Click Busy, No Answer, or Unreachable, and then set the If Busy, If No Reply, or
If Unreachable fields to a call forwarding number.
3. Press and then click Save.
To deactivate Call Forwarding:
1. Press > > Options > Call Forwarding.
2. Click Forward All Calls > Do Not Forward,
3. Press and then click Save.

You are charged a higher rate for calls you have forwarded.
