New Voice Mail Message Alerts
When you receive a new voice message, your phone alerts you and
prompts you to call your voice mail.
To call your voice mail:
1. Press the left softkey to Listen to the message.
2. Press the right softkey for Back to return to the Idle
screen.
Tip: You can also press and hold to check your voice mail.
To display your Voice Mail:
• Press the left softkey for MENU, followed by .
Important: When you are roaming off the network, you may not receive
notification of new voice mail messages. It is recommended that you
periodically check your voice mail by dialing 1 + area code + your Phone
Number. You will be charged roaming rates when accessing voice mail
while roaming off the network.
Note: Your phone accepts messages even when it is turned off. However,
you are only notified of new messages when your phone is turned on and
you are in a Service Area.
Retrieving Your Voice Mail Messages
To dial your voice mail from your phone, you can either speed dial
your voice mail by pressing and holding the navigation key up or by
using the menu keys.
