To type a message, use your keypad to enter your
message. Press Mode(right softkey) to selectan
input mode. (See “Entering Text”on page 29.)

(You may select additional messaging options by
pressing
Options[right softkey] to change the recipients
or save to draft.)
Using Preset Messages
Preset messages make sending text messages to your friends,
family, and co-workers easier than ever. (For information on
preset messages, see “Managing Preset Messages”on
page 79.)
To send preset messages:
1. Press >Settings > Messaging > PresetMessages.
2. Highlight a message you wish to send and press Options
(rightsoftkey) >Send Text .
3. Follow steps 1–5 in “Composing SMS Text Messages”on
page 173.
