To play a recording
1 Open the file and press Play.
2 The Pause command temporarily stops the playing of the sound file. To
start playing again, press Continue.
3 To stop playing, press Stop.
To record
1 Open the file into which you want the sound to be recorded, and press
Record. If you are recording a telephone conversation, you will hear a tone
when the recording starts.
2 You can stop the recording for a while by pressing Pause and then start
again by pressing Continue.
3 To stop the recording, press Stop.
To use the Menu button
When you press the Menu button in the Voice recorder main view, the
following commands become available:
Rename — Renames the selected recording.
Copy to memory card — Copies the selected recording to the memory card.
Copy from memory card — Copies the selected recording from the memory
card to your communicator.
Note: To record sound and speech
you need to have the phone turned
on and within range of network
coverage.
Note: Sound files that the voice
recorder can play have a .WAV
extension and support the following
audio format: 8, 11, 22 or 44khz,
PCM/A-law, Stereo/Mono, 8bit.
