New batteries must be charged with your
phone off for at least 24 hours before initial
use. A new NiMH batterys full performance
is achieved only after two or three complete
charge and discharge cycles!
Nickel Metal Hydride or Lithium Ion
batteries must be recycled or dis-
posed of properly. Must not be
disposed of in municipal waste.
Chargers and other accessories
WARNING!
This apparatus is intended for use when supplied with
power from the Standard Travel Charger (ACP-7U),
Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-9U), or Rapid Cigarette
Lighter Charger (LCH-9). Other usage will invalidate
any approval given to this apparatus and may be
dangerous.
The following chargers and other accessories are
available for your phone; please see your dealer for
details. Also, refer to any accessory options manual
that may have been included in your sales package for
the entire line of authentic Nokia accessories.
Note: When a charger is not in use, disconnect it from the
power source. Do not leave the battery connected to a charger
for longer than a week, since overcharging may shorten its life.
If left unused, a fully charged battery will discharge itself over
time.
