Creating messages
SMS
SMS enables you to send text messages to the
other party, using Short Messaging Service
(SMS). You can use the Create message > SMS
menu to send messages to another hand-phone
or a device that is capable of receiving SMS
messages. To compose and send a SMS message,
follow the steps below:

Select Create message > SMS, and write your
message.

Press LOptions to access the following
options:

Press ,Send to send the message to the
desired contact or contact group (see
“Contacts” on page 32)
Send to
Enter a number or select a
contact from the phonebook.
Writing
language
Select your desired writing
language.
Insert template
Select to insert a preset
message.
Advanced
Select to insert the name and
phone number of your
contacts, or website
information you saved as a
bookmark (see “Accessing
web sites” on page 42).
Save as drafts Save as draft
- Save the SMS
messages to drafts of SIM1 or
SIM2.
