SendingaMessagetoaGroup

Youcansendamessagetoanentiregroupofcontactsatthesametime,without

havingtoinserttheindividualaddressoneatatime.

► Tosendamessagetoagroup:

1 Inthegroup’stab,press andselectComposeMessagetoGroupfromthe

Optionsmenu.TheComposescreenisdisplayedwithyourdetailsintheFrom

fieldandthegroupnameintheTofield.

OR

IntheTofieldinComposescreen,pressEnterandselectaContactGroupfrom

theContactsList.

2 Insertthesubjectandmessagetext.

3 SelectSendandpressEnter.Themessageissenttoallcontactsinthegroup.

RemovingaContactGroup

YoucanremoveaContactGroup.

Note: RemovingaContactGroupdoesnotremovethecontactsfromthe

ContactsList.Existingcon tactscontinuetoappearintheAl ltab.

► Toremoveacontactfromagroup:

1 Inthegroup’stab,press andselectRemoveGroupfromtheOptions

menu.Aconfirmationmessageisdisplayed.

2 SelectYesandpressEnter.Thegroup’stabisremoved.
