Do not dispose of the battery block in flames or heat it. In addition, do not use
it or leave it near sources of heat such as flames or heating devices (60°C or
above). The temperature range within which charging is guaranteed is
between 0 and 40°C. Do not charge the battery block near flames or in
extremely hot environments. Do not use the battery block exposing it to strong
solar radiation or to hot temperatures, for instance in a car when it is hot.
Do not dip the battery block in water or in sea water and keep it away from
water.
Store the battery block away from children’s reach.
Do not damage the battery block with nails or sharp objects, do not hit it with a
hammer, trample on it or hurl it. Do not use an openly damaged or deformed
battery block. Do not join the battery block directly.
Do not connect the battery block to a socket, to a car cigarette lighter, etc. Use
the battery block only for the indicated purposes.
In case of leakage from the battery block and the electrolyte gets into contact
with the eyes, do not rub but wash under running water and immediately seek
a doctor's advice. In case some acid drips from the battery block and gets into
contact with your skin or clothes, wash them immediately under running water.
In case charging operations fail though the charging time has expired,
immediately stop all charging operations.
Do not put the battery block into a microwave or into a pressurised container.
In case the battery block releases odour or heat, loses colour or gets
deformed, or else if it seems abnormal during use, charging or when it gets
used, remove it from the equipment or battery block charger immediately and
do not use it any more.
Leaving the battery in hot or cold places (below 15°C or above 25°C), will
reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery.
