Viewing a Task
1. In the
Tasks
screen,
highlight the task you
want to view.
2. Press . The Task
information appears
in the list.
3. To change the Task,
press
Edit
.
4. For other options, press
Menu
.
Deleting a Task
1. In the
Tasks
screen, highlight the task you want to delete.
2. Press
Menu
, then select
Delete Task
. You are prompted to
confirm your deletion.
3. To complete the deletion, press
Yes
.
Voice Notes

From the
Organizer
screen, select Voice
Notes ( ). The
All Notes
screen
appears in the
display listing any
voice notes.
Recording a New Voice Note
1. From the
Organizer
screen, select Voice
Notes ( ). The
All Notes
screen
appears in the
display listing any
voice notes.
2. To begin recording,
press
Record
. A
Recording
screen appears in the display.
3. To stop recording,
press
Stop
. The new
recording appears in
the
All Notes
list.
4. To rename the new
Voice Note or access
other options, press
Menu
.
