The bars next to
disappear
• If you have just turned on your
device, wait for about 2 minutes,
until your device finds the network
and receives a signal from the
network.
• If you are in a tunnel or in an
elevator, the device may not be
able to receive the network signal
properly. Move to an open place.
• This may appear when you move
between different service areas. It
is normal.
The display is not
clear
In direct sunlight, you may not be
able to see the display clearly. Moving
to a place with different lighting
should solve this problem.
White lines
appear on the
display
This may happen if you turn on the
device after a long period of disuse,
or after removing the battery without
turning off the device. This is not
related to the device’s life or
performance. The display should
correct itself shortly.
